What customers and consultants say
If you're looking for an ERP that just makes sense, look no further. I've worked with these guys multiple times and have implemented their systems throughout retail units and online businesses.
One of the best decisions our company made was to work with ETABS. Stock management, in-store sales, online sales and reporting has never been easier.
Throughout all this experience, ETABS have been the stand-out providers of business technology to any of the companies I have supported. They deliver all the essential features of enterprise solutions, without the unnecessary extras.

Questions from tool retailers
Which product suppliers does TABS integrate with?
TABS integrates with Toolbank, Draper Tools, Trend Machinery, Sealey and Castle Clothing / TuffStuff through the ETABS Hub, with Festool purchase ordering via EDI. You get full catalogues with images, descriptions, pricing and stock availability. Castle Clothing includes the brands TuffStuff, Makita Workwear, Fort Workwear and Fort Footwear. Direct ordering is available with Toolbank, Draper and Trend, and Festool via EDI.
How do I keep up with supplier price and product changes?
TABS includes a Supplier Data Feed New Item Report and a Price Changes Report. These let you instantly see what has changed, including new products, price increases and discontinued lines, so you can review the changes and act accordingly. Shelf-edge labels are queued automatically when prices change.
Does it work for both retail and trade customers?
Yes, you can handle walk-in retail sales and trade account customers from the same system with different pricing structures, including or excluding VAT, and age-restricted sales checks for knives and blades.
Can I sell tools online as well as in-store?
Yes, TABS integrates with Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Google Merchant Center, and we build bespoke transactional websites. Stock levels sync automatically across all channels to help prevent overselling.
Can I sell items I do not stock?
Yes. A special order can be anything: an item from the master catalogue or a non-database line typed at the counter. TABS raises the purchase order, tracks its status through the hub, and syncs the real cost back to the sale.
